Turn Your Stripe CSV Export Into PDF Receipts
Stripe lets you export your transactions as a CSV — but it doesn't generate client-ready PDF receipts for you. Upload that export here and get a professional, itemized PDF for every transaction, in bulk.
From Stripe export to receipts in three steps
Export from Stripe
In your Stripe Dashboard, go to Payments (or Balance → Transactions), select a date range, and click Export → CSV.
Upload and map columns
Drop the exported CSV in and map Stripe's columns (customer, amount, description, date) to invoice fields.
Generate PDF receipts
Every transaction becomes a branded PDF receipt or invoice — download the batch as a ZIP or email each one to the customer.
Why teams do this
Stripe is great at processing payments, but bookkeeping, client records, and expense reports often need an actual itemized PDF document — not just a row in a CSV. Rather than opening each transaction and building a receipt by hand, map your export once and generate the whole batch at once.
- Works with any Stripe CSV export — Payments, Balance transactions, or Invoices
- Your business logo and branding appear on every receipt automatically (Premium)
- Free plan covers up to 3 rows per upload; Premium removes the limit and adds automated email delivery
Note: this tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by Stripe, Inc. — it simply accepts CSV files, including ones exported from Stripe's dashboard.
